Louisa has been practicing yoga for approximately 15 years. She did her training at YogaSpace, with Kathryn Beet, Patricia White and Hali Schwartz. She has done advanced training in the Flow style with Bibi Rahim-Hahn, and in Restorative Yoga with Hali Schwartz.
Louisa believes that yoga is available to everyone. Yoga practice helps to balance life with longevity, patience, and harmony. She likes to use the yoga postures to explore the mind/body connection, play with the edges and hopefully find some stillness and gratitude.
