Prenatal Yoga

Take some time to care for and nurture your changing body. Notice what it is your body needs and how your body feels. Continue to build strength, maintain mobility and learn breathing practices in preparation for childbirth. Meet other mothers-to-be in a safe space open to discuss questions and feelings you may have around your pregnancy. All levels are welcome.

The prenatal class is an on-going, pre-registered class. We ask that moms-to-be register for 5 classes at a time, with the opportunity to miss a class within that 5 weeks if necessary. Pre-registering the class helps us to keep the class going and provides you with the incentive to take time for yourself each week to come to class. Students can join the class at any time during the session.
