Amy teaches thoughtful Vinyasa classes that combine effort with relaxation, meditation and therapeutic, hands-on adjustments. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 and completed her Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training at The Yoga Sanctuary.
She has studied with Michael Stone and is undergoing training with Kathryn Beet and the Therapeutic Yoga team at YogaSpace. Amy appreciates long savasanas and believes in the significance of coconut water and perfectly folded blankets.
